We LoVe to heLp
I am a set decor buyer on the TV show
NCIS New Orleans. I usually require large
quantities of whatever I ambuying in a really
short time frame. Tammy and Sue in the
floral department at the Rouses on North
Carrollton went above and beyond to help
me last week. I needed 30 arrangements in
just a little over 24 hours. They were so nice
and helpful and professional. They assured
me it could be done, and Tammy walked me
through what I could expect, arrangements,
prices, etc. The flowers were beautiful. I
hope to work with them both again in
the future and would feel comfortable
sending any of my colleagues here for the
same purposes. Thanks again for being so
nice and professional and the wonderful
arrangements!

Was just blown away by your team member
Drew Mckenzie. My daughter and I were
doing last minute shopping and looking for
pickles amongst other things. I couldn’t find
my usual brand but I picked another. Drew
helped me look to no avail. As we continued
to shop Drew met us at another isle with 2
jars of wickles ... It’s the small things in life
that makes all the difference! Thanks again,

Several months after the opening of your
Mobile store on Old Shell Road, we feel
compelled to tell you how happy we are
with this store. Employees could not be
more helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Food choices remain outstanding, and our
trips to the store have become a project
that we look forward to enthusiastically.
As a result, our cooking grows in creativity.
One example is in the seafood market.
When we noticed monkfish on display, we
asked about it, and shortly after a delightful
man named George came out to tell us all
about the fish and how to best prepare it.
Following his instructions, we enjoyed one
of the most delicious and different-tasting
fish dinners ever. Thanks to all of you for
bringing so many delectable food choices to
Mobile, and thanks to all the hard-working
employees who make our grocery shopping
fun. Kudos to all of them!

Theresa at your Airline Hwy/Labarre Road
store was extremely helpful to me this
morning when I was seeking assistance in
the medicine aisle. She took several minutes
to show me the options, and even sought me
out later in the store when she remembered
something additional she wanted to share.
You don’t get personal assistance like this in
every grocery store.

We LoVe to cooK!
Please indulge me while I boast of the
awesomeness of the fried turkey dinner
and spiral cut glazed ham that I purchased
from the Diamondhead, MS store. The
sides were so delicious, but I loved the
mashed sweet potatoes that were seasoned
perfectly, the spicy flavor of the dirty rice
and the cornbread dressing was out of this
world delicious!!!! Of course the Cajun
spice injected fried turkey was moist
and seasoned to perfection also!!! I must
compliment Valerie on her impeccable
service and attention to meeting my needs.
I never knew I could find a store bought
meal that was so delicious, reasonably
priced and as good as my late hubby and his
mother made years ago. Thank you, Billie
Lee, one very stuffed turkey still the day
after thanksgiving!!!!

for wine for tomorrow and they had my new
favorite, butternut squash bisque.

I tried my very first Cajun turkey, which I
purchased at your Saraland, AL, store. All
I had to do was to put it in the oven and
bake until the red button popped up out of
the turkey and put it on the table. Oh how
tender, moist, and delicious it was. I will
most definitely buy another. Thank you so
much for coming to Saraland. I love your
store.

We opened our new store on Johnston and
Duhon October 29th. This is our third
location in Acadiana.

Lafayette. We are there almost daily!

First off THANK YOU! Thank you for
putting a location on Johnston Street
in Lafayette. This side needed a Rouses
location so badly. I hope this store booms
with business. Out of all my options near
here your store has the best produce by far.
I like that everything is really clean and
organized in all of your stores but most of
all I like the attention to customer service
at all locations. Just wanted to let you know
how much I love your new location and
to thank you for doing such a great job.
