TWEETS
I always receive great customer service
at New Orleans’ Rouses, but there is
one employee at the Baronne location
that stands out. Tori, a cashier, is always
extremely helpful, upbeat, and friendly. In
a store with already excellent workers, she is
above and beyond. I wanted to let you know
of my positive experience and thank you for
having such excellent employees. People
like Tori are what keep me coming back to
Rouses.

I am commenting on an employee at your
Belle Chasse Highway Store in Gretna. A
young man stocking shelves, Alton, noticed
that I was searching for an item and offered
to help me find it because, as he said, “I
know where everything is.” Well, he did
direct me right to that item and about
a half a dozen more! I saw him help two
other people before I left. It is employees
like Alton that keep people coming back to
Rouses.
Thank you, J. LeJeune
Just wanted to drop you guys a word about
Darrel, your butcher. He is most helpful
in helping make selections of your meats
and the way he cuts his meat makes all
the difference in how the meat cooks and
tastes! In all our years of grocery shopping
we HAVE NEVER “run into” anyone like
Darrel. Jane, who also works with Darrel, is
also helpful and has given us several recipes
that were outstandingly delicious!! Rouses
is very fortunate to have such GREAT
employees.
Sincerely, The Givens
I would like to compliment the Cut Off
store deli, especially Michelle. Customer
service has been excellent and the food great.
Always a smile and courteous.

At market #41, East Pass Rd, Gulfport,
MS, I was served at the meat counter by
Terrance. He was attentive, courteous, and
displayed a positive attitude that is seldom
encountered today. Employees such as
Terrance are the reason I will remain a loyal
customer. Thank you.

My coworkers and I love going to the Rouses
on Baronne for lunch. Not only for the great
food, healthy options and convenience, but
especially for the wonderful service. Ms.
Sherelle takes such pride in “her” salad bar.
We can always expect a wonderful selection
and friendly face saying, “I knew you were
coming, so I made sure we had the things you
like.” For a moment I really believe that she
put the tofu out just for me! In the mornings
Ms. Denise makes sure I never have to wait
too long at the side register. Congratulations
on the great job ya’ll do.
