You won’t find Columbus salame, mortadella, prosciutto or premium deli meats sliced-
to-order at just any local grocery store; that’s because we’re as exclusive about where
we’re served as Rouses is about what they sell. At Columbus, we use whole cuts of
premium meat, never pieces, and our spices and herbs are hand-rubbed, never injected.
