Local
Lovers
The Gulf of Mexico is home to the
best tasting oysters, crawfish, shrimp,
crab, and fish in the world. But
around here we don’t just eat what
we catch; we write songs about it,
paint pictures of it, and devote entire
festivals to it. At Rouses, we’re as
passionate about local culture as we
are about local food. Maybe it’s all
those oysters we eat.
