I am so glad Rouses is coming to Theodore,
Alabama. I love shopping at your store. I am
taking my once a month trip from Irvington
Alabama to Ocean Springs Mississippi
tomorrow. I can’t wait till that one hour one
way trip turns into 20 minutes.

I want to recognize Andrew at the Deli
Counter at the Rouses in Covington High-
way 190 by Military Road. He made my ex-
perience at Rouses super pleasant. He pro-
vided feedback on the different meats and
helped me patiently. What a great person to
have helping customers. Thank you.

Tonight, I went to your store on Tchoupi-
toulas in New Orleans at about 9:45 at
night. I was looking for a bottle of wine
called “The Prisoner” that many customers
at my job enjoy. Sadly, it was all sold out.
However, your employee in the wine sec-
tion made a very excellent suggestion: the
Rockus Bockus. He was very clear, and
said it would be similar, but not identical.
I had some at home after purchasing the
bottle, and it was absolutely fantastic. I
would like to commend your employee for
his knowledge of the wines under his care.
Rest assured that I will definitely be visiting
Rouse’s for all my home wine needs.

I visited Rouses Market in Mandeville in
search of flowers to make several arrange-
ments. Valerie in the Floral Department
was extremely courteous and went above
and beyond in helping me with my selec-
tions. She offered advice on flowers, how to
arrange them and called several other Rous-
es stores in search of a particular flower. I
was impressed with her willingness to help,
her knowledge of flowers, and the beauti-
ful arrangements she was working on while
I was there. Rouses is fortunate to have an
employee like Valerie. Again, my apprecia-
tion to her and may she be rewarded ac-
cordingly. Thank you.
