Rouses complete turkey and ham dinners come with sweet
potatoes, peas and your choice of dirty rice or cornbread dressing.
We also have family-sized servings of prepared dressings and sides,
including creamed spinach, and shrimp and mirliton dressing.

We have fresh, never frozen premium quality Honeysuckle turkeys,
and all natural Butterball turkeys for your Thanksgiving table.

TURDUCHENS & STUFFEDMEATS
Turduchens are a Rouses signature.
We stuff a deboned
chicken with a boneless duck breast and Rouses fresh
sausage or dressing. That chicken and a second helping
of sausage or dressing is then stuffed into a de-boned
turkey. We also make
stuffed boneless chickens,
chicken breasts, pork roasts and center loin roasts,
which are filled with one of our signature holiday
dressings or homemade fresh sausage.

DRESSING
We have chicken gizzards and livers, sausage and
pork, in our Butcher Shop, and our own Rouses fresh
dressing mix is made fresh in our market every day.
Holiday
WINES
Chardonnay is a traditional pairing with turkey, but if you
prefer fruitier wines, you can serve a Riesling, or a sweeter
Gewürztraminer. Red wines also pair well with turkey
and the side dishes served at Thanksgiving. Go with a
Pinot Noir, it’s a classic choice, or the seasonal favorite,
Beaujolais Nouveau.
